In the video, one of Gaines’ children shows off some pretty nifty moves, so her mom chooses to get in on the fun by lining up on the mat and performing a back walkover. The results? Not so good.
Even though Gaines didn’t entirely pull off the move, her effort did grab the attention of a few well-known gymnasts.
